Confirm your budget
Before making an offer, talk with your bank or mortgage broker to understand what you can comfortably purchase. They can also help you explore KiwiSaver, First Home Grants, and other available support.
Obtaining a pre-approval makes the next steps smooth and efficient.

Make an offer
All Halberg Green homes are fixed-price, giving you complete certainty from the outset - no bidding, no negotiating.
You can submit a conditional offer, which only becomes binding once your conditions (such as finance or solicitor approval) are satisfied.

Pay your deposit
Once your offer is unconditional, your deposit will be due.
This is securely held in the solicitors’ trust account until settlement.

Watch your home take shape
We’ll keep you updated throughout construction with regular progress reports and milestone updates — so you can follow every step toward completion.

Pre-settlement Inspection
Around 7–10 days before settlement, we’ll walk you through your new home to ensure everything is ready and as expected.

Settlement & Move In Day
Once construction is complete and titles are issued, settlement takes place.
You’ll pay the balance, ownership transfers to your name — and we hand over the keys.
